Daily Task Checklist

In an effort to start my year off right I put together a checklist to keep me on track. There were too many things floating around in my head that I knew I wanted to do every day, but no way for me to keep track of those tasks.

When I put things on paper it gets them out of my head and I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I cross things off my list every day.

Here’s the checklist:

  1. Write a new email for my Aweber follow up series
  2. Write a Blog post
  3. Follow up calls
  4. Facebook chats and friend requests
  5. Setup new Facebook ads
  6. Post a status update on my Facebook fan page and profile
  7. Record a video

This list is not in order of priority, it’s more of a daily schedule with the earlier items getting done in the morning, and the later ones in the afternoon.

I find that writing new emails for my follow up series and writing blog posts is best done in the morning. If I don’t write first thing in the day when I’m fresh, it’s harder for me to write later in the day when I’m not so fresh.

If you’re having trouble keeping up with all the things you know you should be doing, create your own checklist and see if it helps you to stay on track.

Please leave me a comment if you can relate to this or if you already have your own checklist. I’d love to know how it’s working for you.
