I attended our company event this weekend called the Supercharge Summit put on by Matt Lloyd and the MOBE top earners and leaders. About 60 people attended the event which was held at the Carefree Resort in Arizona.
We got to hear from the top earners in the company like Max Aria, John Chow, Terry Lamb, and several others. What I love about the way Matt Lloyd runs his events is that he asks the top earners to teach all their best tactics and strategies.
We were also treated to sessions with Michael Force, Diane Hochman, and Greg Gomez III, all superstars in the industry.
I have about 20 pages of notes, pictures, and videos of these speakers. I’m going to implement one strategy I learned immediately and I’m confident it will pay off in more front-end sales conversions.
One thing I love about the MOBE events is that everyone is so nice. Matt Lloyd and all the other big earners and guest speakers are all so approachable and easy to talk to. There’s none of the egos and standoffishness that sometimes happens in meetings with big time leaders.
The big checks presentation was awesome and seeing Max Aria with his check for $627k and John Chow with his check for $470k was inspiring. Even some of the newer people were up on stage getting checks of $50k or more.
The best part of the event for me were the lunches and dinners and having a chance to get to know people. If I hadn’t attended the event, I never would have had a chance to talk shop with Matt and the other top earners over a game of billiards.
One big bonus was that I won $500 in the compensation plan contest where Matt Lloyd asks us to figure out a complex scenario and calculate commissions for four people. The person who gets closest to the right number wins $500 or a mystery prize. I chose the cash and it’s a good thing, because the mystery prize was a book.
The Supercharge Summit was certainly profitable for me.
